In 2013, the functioning of the Institute (NIMT) has taken over by the Neptune Educational & Welfare Trust, dully registered by the Sub Registrar No. 1 of Govt. of NCT of Delhi under Trust Registration Act – 1908, Section 60 and Registration No. is 767/2013, B. No. 4, Vol. No. 3081.
On dated 07.01.2013, NIMT became authorized study center of VINAYAKA MISSION UNIVERSITY, Ariyanoor, Salem (T.N.) for distance education under Arts, Science, Commerce, IT & Management Department. Issued Study Center Code is UP104.
On dated 15.03.2012, NIMT became authorized study center of KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY, Manasgangotri, Mysore, Karnataka for distance education for various courses in Engineering, Management, Computer, Science, Arts & Commerce by letter no. KSOU/DEAN(SC)/P.I. – 19/2011 – 2012 at S. No. 364 through SCOPE, Bellary, Bangalore. Issued Study Center Code is SF/KSOU/5/869.
In July - 2019 and onwards got ISO 9001 : 2015 Accrediation by IAS Accredited Management Systems Certification Body through SCPL (www.sagacicert.com), 20, A-2. Shiva Arcade, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase - I, Delhi - 110091.
In June - 2017 got ISO - 9001 : 2015 Accrediation by Accreditation System of United Kingdom ICI (UK) through Quality Standard Certifications, Pitampura, Delhi - 34, Simultaneously also got ISO - 9001 : 2015 from Feb. - 2018 from Dubai Accreditation Center (DAC), Dubai through BMSCERT Quality Assessors, Lawrence Road, Delhi - 35 (INDIA).
From June - 2011 to June - 2017, the institute ISO Certified 9001 : 2008 from JAS-ANZ through BCI, Delhi.
On dated 20.05.2009, NIMT became first authorized student support center of St. PETER’S UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI, (T.N.) for distance education in Engineering, Management, Computer, Science, Arts & Commerce Programs in Delhi. SPU issued center code DL – 001.
In June 2008, NIMT is nominated for the top Institute in Management & Technology correspondence education for the BS – 7th Annual Award by well known “Business Sphere” Magazine.
In 2008, the institute has taken ISO 9001 : 2000 for quality management system from UKAS through MOODY International, Delhi. Now NIMT is become the first institution which has taken ISO Certification in B & T School in India. In 2003, the functioning of the Institute has taken over by the Shanti Devi Shiksha Samiti, duly registered by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and Registration No. is 47035/03, issued by Registrar of Societies, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Neptune Institute of Management & Technology was established and collaborated with Indian Engineering Coaching & Institute (Bhartiya Abhiyantriki Shiksha & Sansthan) in 1995, which is registered under Rule 8 of the Delhi PR Act, 1972, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and acknowledges the receipt of the statement prescribed by Section 58 (1) and maintained under Section 59 (4) (1) of the IP Act, 1932, Govt. of India and Registration No. 2277/95 on dated 10.11.1995 provided by Registrar of Firms, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
